Our commitment
JuveFlo is committed to making this site usable by the broadest possible audience, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable.
What we do
We design with sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable interactive elements, semantic landmarks, descriptive link text, and alt text on informative images. Motion respects the prefers-reduced-motion system setting; ambient and decorative motion is suppressed for users who request it.
Known limitations
Some scroll-driven cinematic sections rely on motion to convey sequence. For these sections we provide static fallbacks when reduced motion is requested, but the visual hierarchy may differ. We are continuously working to reduce these gaps.
Telehealth and visit accommodations
If you need an accommodation to complete intake, attend a telehealth visit, or use the patient portal - including but not limited to assistive-listening, captioning, large-print materials, or scheduling adjustments - please contact us before your visit so we can prepare appropriately.
How to report a problem
If you encounter a barrier on this site or with our care, email concierge@juveflo.com with the page URL and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day and to remediate substantive accessibility issues as quickly as practicable. →
